We help ambitious companies realise their full enterprise value.

Value Creation Partners was built around a simple conviction: long-term value is created before a transaction, through focus, execution and the right partnership.

Peter and Dorian first crossed paths in 2019 while working with a Swiss VC advisory firm. They remained close, continued exchanging ideas and eventually realised they shared the same conviction about how companies create value.

Across venture capital, private equity, consulting and operational leadership, they repeatedly observed the same pattern: companies with strong potential often entered financing or exit processes before fully strengthening the strategic, commercial and operational foundations that determine long-term value.

The ambition was there. The systems to realise it often were not.

Value Creation Partners was built to bridge that gap.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The beliefs that guide every engagement.

01

Focus over breadth.

The most impactful companies pick one to three priorities and commit fully. We help identify which ones matter most.

02

Execution over advice.

The distance between a good strategy and a better business is implementation. We stay involved until results show up.

03

Partnership over projects.

The best outcomes come from long-term relationships, not engagements with a fixed end date.

OUR VALUE CREATION FRAMEWORK

Seven dimensions that decide your overall exponential value growth potential. We are looking into all of them.

Sale, growth, or new capital: the answer always comes down to the same seven questions. We know them cold because we've sat on every side of the table ourselves, as consultants structuring the deal, as investors funding it, and as operators in the C-suite delivering on it. That range is what lets us see a business the way a buyer does, the way a board does, and the way the team running it every day does.

01

Strategic Optionality

Which strategic options emerge from the current business?

The market is pricing your next five years as much as your last two, whether that market is a buyer, an investor, or your own board. We map the moves already available to you: new markets, adjacent products, partnerships, a possible roll-up. A company with three credible paths forward is worth more than one with a single lane, even when this year's numbers match.

02

Value Proposition & Repeatability

What are you really selling, and how often is it identical?

Some of your revenue is genuinely repeatable. Some of it is a bespoke service wearing a product's clothes. We tell the difference, because the market prices it even when your income statement doesn't.

03

Go-to-Market System

Is revenue generation systematic or personalized?

If your best salesperson left tomorrow, would revenue keep coming in? We test whether growth runs on a system you own or on relationships someone else owns. The first is an asset. The second is a risk premium, and it's usually the first thing anyone evaluating your business finds, whether that's a diligence team, an investor, or a new head of sales.

04

Revenue Quality

How secure are the future cash flows?

Some revenue is safer than other revenue, and the market reads the fine print closer than you'd expect. We look past the top line to contract length, churn, client concentration, and pricing power: the four numbers that decide whether next year's cash flow is a forecast or a rounding error.

05

Earnings Scalability

Will EBITDA grow faster than the organisation?

Real scale means EBITDA growing faster than headcount. We look for where that's already possible: fixed costs you've already absorbed, operating leverage nobody's pulled yet, the places hiring is still doing work growth should be doing on its own.

06

Transferability

How independent is value from specific people or clients?

If the business runs on the founder's name, one key client, or a handful of people nobody could replace, that value has a habit of evaporating the moment anyone starts asking hard questions. We pressure-test what day one without you actually looks like, because that's the exact scenario a buyer, an investor, or your own successor is already running in their head.

07

Timing & External Tailwinds

Which external factors work in your direction?

Value the same business two years apart and you can get two very different numbers. We track the market cycle, regulatory shifts, and buyer and investor appetite for your sector, and tell you plainly whether the wind is at your back or in your face. Timing is a lever. Most owners just never learn where the switch is.
